- Visit Reminders: Prior to each visit, you will receive a text and/or email reminders based on your preferences.
- Automated Wait List: If we have an opening that meets your preferred time/day, we will text/email to let you know and give you a chance to book those visits with one-click before someone else does.
- Home Exercise Program: Your therapist will share how to access your home exercise program directly through our North County Water & Sports Therapy app!
- Online Scheduling: We offer online scheduling so that you can book the appropriate number of visits with our team, ensuring you get better faster! Just ask and we will send you an online scheduling link or click the appointments icon on the North County Water & Sports Therapy App.
- Opportunity Automation: If your therapist was full and are hoping an appointment becomes available, once per week we will notify you if any openings are available for next week that meet your desired preferences, be sure to update those with the front desk. We also manually send these invites out as opening becomes available so watch your inbox or text messages.
- Electronic Statements: If you have a balance, we will text and/or email you a statement with a link to make a quick and easy payment!
- Patient Satisfaction Surveys: Periodically throughout your care with North County Water & Sports Therapy, we will reach out to inquire how we are doing, we LOVE your feedback!
Be sure to confirm your communication preferences with a team member the next time you are in the office! We can send text and/or email notifications depending on your preference. The system does not allow you to cancel an appointment so you must call into the office. We appreciate the trust you place with us for your care.
